Our Resource Efficiency and Cleaner Production (RECP) Training Programme is designed to educate individuals on how to implement strategies within a production process to minimize waste, maximize resource use efficiency (like water and energy), and reduce environmental impact by applying preventive environmental measures across all stages of production, from raw materials to finished products, ultimately improving overall productivity and sustainability within a company; essentially aiming to "clean up" production processes at the source rather than just treating waste at the end.

    • Learning the core principles of RECP, including identifying areas for improvement through process analysis, material flow analysis, and energy audits.

  • RECP implementation steps

    • Practical training on how to implement improvements like optimizing production processes, reducing raw material usage, improving equipment efficiency, and waste minimization techniques.

  • Cost-benefit analysis

    • Evaluating the economic advantages of adopting RECP practices, including cost savings from reduced resource consumption and waste disposal.

  • Monitoring and evaluation

    • Learning how to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the environmental impact of implemented changes.
